ABA Bank ATMs in Cambodia offer both USD and Riel, but USD is dispensed only in $100 notes. Plan ahead if you need smaller bills.

Nice and clean ATM at PPC Bank. No problems during the transaction.

PPC Bank in Cambodia allowed me to withdraw up to $500 with my foreign debit card from Germany.
