Cathay United Bank has a 24-hour ATM. Functional and well-lit.

Another 24-hour ATM by FTB - good option if you need cash at odd hours.

FTB in Cambodia is a solid bank. ATM and services both reliable.

Vattanac ATM charged a $4 fee and dispensed $100 and $50 notes. Staff inside the branch helped break the bills into smaller notes. Go during opening hours if you need change!

Withdrew $1000 from SATHAPANA with my US card. Came back another day and the ATM was running low on cash, but still worked.

ANZ ATM kept my debit card and never returned it. Avoid unless youre willing to take that risk.

JTRUST/ANZ ATM inside the departure terminal was working perfectly and had no queue.

Used my Revolut card at JTRUST/ANZ - got charged a $5 commission. ATM showed what small bills were available. Helpful!

ABA Bank works fine but charges a flat $5 fee per withdrawal. Keep that in mind if youre using it often.
