Needed a large withdrawal-TP Bank allowed 10 million VND in one go. Better than most ATMs around!

TP Bank didnt charge a fee for my Visa/Mastercard (European issued). Not sure if this applies to all regions though.

TP Bank in Vietnam charges a fee for most European cards. Not fee-free.

In Hanoi, VIB ATM let me withdraw 3 million VND. Charged a 50k fee-not the cheapest.

Used VIB ATM in Ho Chi Minh-lower fee than expected, smooth process, and got smaller bills which was super helpful.

As of now, VP Bank in Vietnam has a max transaction limit of 20 million VND. Confirmed on multiple machines.

Sometimes I could get 10 million VND at VP Bank, other times only 3 million. Seems to vary by ATM.

I didnt pay any fees at VP Bank, but was only able to withdraw 5 million VND. My friend withdrew 10 million days earlier-maybe it depends on location?

Withdrew 10 million VND using Mastercard at VP Bank, but with my Visa I could only get 5 million. Odd difference.
