VietinBank in Vietnam doesnt limit by note count - its by amount. I was able to withdraw up to 2,000,000 VND. Worked fine.

VietinBank in Vietnam does charge a fee, even with European cards. But it worked fine and felt secure.

MB Bank in Vietnam now charges 66,000 VND per withdrawal. I tried both 1 million and 5 million VND - the fee was the same.

VietinBank ATM in Vietnam charged me 55,000 VND for a withdrawal using my Visa Debit. It worked fine.

Used the Agribank ATM in Vietnam twice - both times it worked perfectly. The machine is in a secure enclosed area and accepts Visa and Mastercard.

With my German DKB Visa Debit card, I had no issues withdrawing 5 million VND from VP Bank in Vietnam.

Tried to use a VietinBank ATM in Vietnam, but it was shut down - pretty disappointing to see it closed.

The VietinBank ATM in Vietnam wouldnt accept my Visa Debit cards from comdirect and DKB. Thankfully, the HSBC ATM next to it worked without issues.

VP Bank ATM in Vietnam let me withdraw 7,000,000 VND using my Norwegian credit card - got the real Visa exchange rate and zero fees.
