Trying to avoid paying crazy ATM fees while traveling in Vietnam. Anyone found ATMs that are free for foreign cards? Would love specific banks or locations if possible.
With my German Hanseatic card, I withdrew from VP Bank in Vietnam with no fees - great experience.

VietinBank in Vietnam doesnt limit by note count - its by amount. I was able to withdraw up to 2,000,000 VND. Worked fine.

MB Bank in Vietnam now charges 66,000 VND per withdrawal. I tried both 1 million and 5 million VND - the fee was the same.
