Maybank ATM didnt charge any fee with my Visa. Not sure about other cards or transaction limits.

Agrobank ATM in Malaysia accepts both Visa Debit and Mastercard Debit. Worked fine for me.

My IndusInd Mastercard from India worked fine at CIMB in Malaysia, and best of all - zero ATM fees!
