Tried 3 different banks in Vietnam and my Revolut card kept getting declined. Is this a Revolut issue or a Vietnam thing? Worked fine in Thailand last week.

Tried my ING Visa at a Vietcombank ATM in Vietnam, but it just wouldnt work - no matter the amount or method.

My two Visa cards didnt work at VP Bank in Vietnam, even though the machine showed Visa was accepted. No idea why.
