[Solved] Which are the best ATMs in Ecuador for foreigners - free & high limits?

Conveniently located Banco Internacional ATM inside the airport. No need to exit terminal.

ATM keypad at Banco Internacional was a bit dirty. Could be better maintained.

Used Belgian debit card at Banco Bolivariano. Charged $2, but otherwise it worked fine.

BI ATM in Ecuador had long lines and only one functioning machine. Very slow overall.
