[Solved] Best ATMs in Colombia for foreign card holders? Any recos - ATM fees, limits?

Servibanca never accepted my Revolut card-only ATM in Colombia where I struggled.

Davivienda used to be the go-to free ATM in Colombia. Sadly, not anymore.

All Davivienda ATMs have started charging fees. They were free earlier.

Colpatria charged me 21,000 COP to use my Visa debit card. Ouch!

Long line at Colpatria inside the shopping mall. Not ideal.
