On Jan 26, 2025, I withdrew 1.9 million COP at Servibanca in a mall - got hit with 22,500 COP 3rd party fee and 33,161 COP ATM fee. Avoid!
Withdraw up to 2 million COP at Davivienda - flat fee was 26,000 COP. ATM worked fine with my regular bank card.
This ATM at Davivienda charged me way more than expected. I withdrew 2M COP and got debited 475 USD instead of 450 USD, despite rejecting currency conversion. Total scam.
BBVA in Colombia has a low withdrawal limit - just 600,000 COP per transaction. Keep that in mind if you need a larger amount.
