BN Nacion ATM is on a side street next to the hospital in Puno. Worked fine with my Visa.

Scotiabank ATM in Peru charged me 25 PEN and limit was about 400 PEN - seemed steep.

Same Scotiabank ATM - 25 PEN fee and 400 limit. Located directly on the street.

BN Nacion ATM was broken - shattered screen and debris nearby. Avoid this one.

BN Nacion ATM in Peru works 24/7. Located on a slope but functional. Accepted Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro.

Used Banco de la Nacion multiple times - no fees, but sometimes its out of cash. Visa & Mastercard accepted.

Banco de la Nacion ATMs in Peru really do have zero transaction fees. Worked with both Visa and Mastercard.

Simple Banco de la Nacion ATM in Peru - no fees for foreigners. Not a full branch, just an ATM.
