[Solved] Best ATMs in Mexico for foreign card holders? What are the fees, limits?

Wouldnt recommend BBVA-fees were insanely high.

Used my TD Bank card from Canada. BBVA fees are ridiculous!

Used three Santander ATMs in a shopping mall in Puerto Escondido. Sparkasse and Revolut both worked.

This Santander ATM saved me when all others failed. Worked when BBVA didnt!

Santander charged $34 for a cash withdrawal. Steep.

I use the Inbursa ATM regularly. Only rarely have I seen it run out of cash.

Inbursa ATM was clean and presentable.

Used a Sparkasse debit card from Germany at Scotiabank. No issues.

Banorte ATM at the Isla Mujeres ferry terminal is always out of cash.
