Tried 3 different banks in El Salvador and my Revolut card kept getting declined. Is this a Revolut issue or a El Salvador thing? Worked fine in Thailand last week.

Used this ATM in El Salvador many times. Accepted both Mastercard and Visa cards without any problems. My revolut worked well
