[Solved] Best ATMs in Turkey for foreign card holders? What are the fees, limits?

Used Revolut Mastercard from Ireland at Albaraka. Worked fine.

PTT ATMs are some of the most ethical in Turkey-others charge insane fees.

Flat fee at Anadolubank-not the cheapest, but it worked.

Anadolubank charged 700 TRY. It also offered EUR withdrawal, but I chose lira.

Anadolubank ATM worked fine with my Austrian card. Paid the fee because I was in a rush.

No fee and no withdrawal limit at Barclays. Love it!
