[Solved] Best ATMs in Turkey for foreign card holders? What are the fees, limits?

Fibabanka charged a 45% fee, which is actually lower than many others in Turkey.

Used an Indian HSBC card-worked perfectly at HSBC Turkey.

US card worked at HSBC Turkey. No fees charged.

Used a Dutch Mastercard at HSBC Turkey-worked just fine.

No fee using my Australian card at Kuveyt Türk ATM. Smooth experience.

Didnt see Kuveyt Türk ATMs often, but found one in a remote spot-total lifesaver!

Look for Albarakas Arabic-styled logo. ATM works fine.

Charged me about a 1% fee at Albaraka-acceptable. Machines need to earn too, right?

Albaraka ATM was dirty. Not sure they ever clean the keypad or screen.
