Safe to withdraw money late at night in Turkey

Near Mavi in Turkey theres a Halkbank, TEB, and Akbank ATM cluster. All worked fine and felt safe at night.

Used a Canadian debit card at Ziraat Bank in Turkey - the ATM processed it as a cash advance, not a normal withdrawal. Worked fine though and felt safe at night.
