Need cash when I land, best place in Bosnia and Herzegovina? Airport or places in the city?

I landed at Sarajevo Airport recently and skipped the exchange kioskthey had terrible rates (around 5% markup). Instead, I withdrew BAM from a Nova Banka ATM right in the arrivals hall. The machine offered a fair rate and charged only about 12 KM (~€6) in fees, which was way better than changing at the airport counter.
