[Solved] Best ATMs in Germany for foreign card holders? What are the fees, limits?

Really liked the ATMs at NORD/LB-modern and easy to use.

ATM area at NORD/LB was unbelievably clean. Honestly felt like you could eat off the floor!

Everything was fine at Landesbank. Mostly clean and gets the job done.

Landesbank offers clean ATMs both inside and outside. No complaints.

At HypoVereinsbank, the ATMs seem to go out of service almost every weekend. Very unreliable.

Visited 3 HypoVereinsbank branches in Berlin-one machine was broken at almost every location.

HypoVereinsbank: if the ATMs are broken and you need to go to the counter for cash, prepare for a long wait.

Postbank ATMs are easy to find thanks to their bright yellow signage.

Postbank ATMs are available at every post office in Germany-super convenient.
