CEC Bank ATM was very easy to operate. Good experience overall.

CEC Bank ATM worked fine-got my money and it was hassle-free.

Used Revolut card at ING and had zero fees. Nice bonus!

ING Romania offered a quick and easy option to withdraw cash-worked well. No fees

Raiffeisen ATMs are quite common and easy to find around Romania. Zero fees

Raiffeisen Bank lets you withdraw and deposit both Lei and Euro. Very useful!

Look for the black and yellow design-Raiffeisen ATMs are easy to spot in Romania.

Alpha Bank ATM did work with my foreign card-thankfully no issues that time.

OTP ATMs are only for withdrawals, but worked fine. All without fees
