I explored Armenia for a month on roughly US $60/day. That included guesthouses outside central Yerevan ($15), lunches for $5, bus rides to Lake Sevan ($2), and occasional hiking tours ($15-25). Budgeting for Armenia travel is easy if you’re okay with local cafes and bus transport. I kept an emergency fund separate for skiing a week in Tsaghkadzor. All in, including tips, I ended up spending about $1,900. Save money by using card payments where possible to avoid ATM fees.

I budgeted about US $70/day during a 10‑day tour - my private rooms were $20-25, lunches in Yerevan were $6-8, and shared taxis to Garni and Geghard cost about $4. Armenia travel expenses are quite manageable if you mix couchsurfing or guesthouses with public minibuses. Include tips for guides (around $5-10/day) and occasional wine tasting or cultural performances. A month-long trip can be done for around $2,100-2,300 with some flexibility in accommodation choices.

I worked from a coworking space in Yerevan for six weeks with a daily spend of around US $80. That included a private Airbnb ($30-40/night), meals in mid-range bistros ($7-12), and taxis or metro rides. Cost of living in Armenia for long‑term stays is excellent value - your biggest expenses are lodging and coworking. Monthly SIM/data plan and coworking access ate into it, but local groceries and transport are cheap. Plan for $2,400-2,500 total for a month with comfort, plus $300 extra if you want weekend road trips.

I spent a month roaming around Yerevan and rural Armenia with a daily budget of about US $50-60. That covered dorm lodging ($10-15), hearty local meals ($5-7), metro and shared taxis ($0.50-1), and occasional museum or monastery entry ($2-$5). Armenia daily travel costs are modest if you're flexible with accommodations and rely on public transport. Tipping 5-10% in cafes and small restaurants is customary. I’d set aside $1,500-1,800 for a month, with buffer for guided hikes or weekend trips to Dilijan or Tatev cableway.
