[Solved] Which are the best ATMs in Sri Lanka for foreigners - free & high limits?

Nations Trust ATM was never crowded and super easy to access. Bonus: parking available!

HSBC had the most modern ATM I found during my trip to Sri Lanka.

Good service from HSBC ATM. Charges were fair and reasonable.

HSBC ATM worked great with my Wise card. No complaints at all.

Cargills Bank ATM was super slow, but I did get my money eventually.

Cargills ATM was okay-bit dusty, but it worked.

No queue at Cargills Bank on a Friday. Used my Wise card with no issues.

Couldnt read the screen at NDB ATM around noon-sunlight made it hard.

NDB ATM was nice and worked well. Simple to use.
