[Solved] Which are the best ATMs in Sri Lanka for foreigners - free & high limits?

Union Bank ATM was super slow. Took ages to complete the transaction.

Great ATM for quick withdrawals at Amana Bank. No complaints.

Cycled all the way to Amana Bank, only to find the machines not working. Frustrating!

NSB ATM in Naula was a helpful find. Glad they have one there.
