[Solved] Which are the best ATMs in Sri Lanka for foreigners - free & high limits?

Sampath Bank ATM was located inside a shopping centre. Easy access.

ATM at Seylan Bank was out of money when I tried to withdraw.

Seylan Bank has the slowest ATM Ive ever used. Prepare to wait.

Seylan Bank ATM worked well for us. Reliable and quick.

Pan Asia Bank ATM didnt have much cash left when I visited.

Pan Asia Bank ATM was really dirty. Needs better maintenance.

Used my card at Pan Asia Bank-ATM was functional, but not the best experience.
