[Solved] ATM fees and limits in Taiwan?

Cathay United ATM in Taiwan is inside a Family Mart - super convenient. It accepted my foreign Mastercard and offered 100 NTD notes, no DCC or fees.

No crowds at Bank of Taiwan ATM. Got my money without waiting but it charged a fee of 100 NTD. Ridiculous

Bank of Taiwan ATM didnt charge any fee when I used my foreign debit card.

ATM inside CTBC Bank was bright and clean. Comfortable environment.

Great ATM from CTBC Bank for withdrawing cash. Everything worked fine.

Used CTBC Bank ATM once. No issues with the transaction.

Mega International Bank ATM was convenient and withdrawals were quick.

Used Taipei Fubon ATM. Very simple and easy to use.

The ATM screen and buttons at Taipei Fubon were sticky and dirty. Not ideal.
