Exchange USD at airport or withdraw from ATM in Côte d'Ivoire?

I landed at Felix Houphouët-Boigny Airport in Abidjan and checked the exchange rates at the currency booth just past baggage claim. The rate was noticeably worse than what I saw through my Revolut app. I waited until I reached the Plateau area and withdrew cash from a BICICI ATM instead  much better rate, even after the small withdrawal fee. Definitely recommend skipping the airport exchange counters unless you're in an emergency.
