Tried 3 different banks in Costa Rica and my Revolut card kept getting declined. Is this a Revolut issue or a Costa Rica thing? Worked fine in Thailand last week.

Davivienda ATM worked fine with both Revolut UK and Volksbank DE cards.

My Dutch cards didnt work at BCR. Neither Mastercard nor debit.

Banco Nacional ATMs are always working with revolut card from austria and have funds. Very well maintained.
